Sisters Bonnie and Debbie are visiting the zoo when 16-year-old Debbieis drugged and kidnapped. Bonnie witnesses the event, but is unableto stop it. When Bonnie goes to the police, she learns that Debbie has been taken to a mansion owned by a notorious child pornographer. Meanwhile, the kidnappers set out to find and kill Bonnie, thus eliminating their only witness. Undaunted, Bonnie teams up with an undercover police officer and infiltrates the seedy underworld of child pornography to rescue her sister.
