Mike (Justin Bruening) reunites with a former Army buddy (guest star Johnny Messner, The O.C.) to bring down a drag racing gang that is smuggling weapons overseas. Sarah (Deanna Russo) joins Mike and KITT (voiced by Val Kilmer) on this dangerous undercover mission, much to her father's (Bruce Davison) dismay. Paul Campbell and Yancey Arias star.
