Detective Olivia Benson (Emmy (R) winner Mariska Hargitay) leads the hard-hitting series into a new season of emotional storytelling. Joining her are new regular cast members Kelli Giddish (Chase) and Danny Pino (Cold Case) as detectives Amanda Rollins and Nick Amaro. The rest of the elite team includes Captain Donald Cragen (Dann Florek), who leads the unit with a tough but supportive approach, Detective John Munch (Richard Belzer), bringing his acerbic wit, conspiracy theories and street-honed investigative skills.
