Frank Borzage directs this silent film, released in 1925, about a man (Buck Jones) named Steve Tuttle -- with the nickname of Lazybones -- who causes a scandal when he selflessly takes in a fatherless young girl (Virginia Marshall) and raises her as his own. Years later, after returning home from a tour of duty in World War I, Lazybones realizes he is in love with the now-grown girl (Madge Bellamy).
