A select group of deputies comprise the Emergency Response Team -- a SWAT-like unit called in to action when inmates refuse orders or pose an imminent threat. They have their hands full with a sadistic murderer who transforms the jail, a roller derby queen who takes a hard fall, and one inmate who realizes that even a good day in jail can have a dark side.
