Actor John Turturro directs this tribute to his late father, a construction worker who did things his way … the right way. Niccolo Vitelli (Turturro), along with his brothers Vico (Michael Badalucco) and Bruno (Carl Capotorto), get fed up with the shoddy craftsmanship they see around them. So, they begin their own construction company on a miniscule budget. Their dream: to construct affordable housing in New York's burgeoning suburbs.
