Climaxing at the historic DC inauguration, the powerful role art plays in politics and social change is explored. Candid interviews reveal the creative process and political influences of artists like RON ENGLISH, MIKE MURPHY and SHEPARD FAIREY. Political cartoon footage, plus live musical performances by SANTOGOLD, DE LA SOUL, and MOBY, highlight the film.
