In an all-hands-on-deck crisis at the hospital, a determined Veronica (Taylor Schilling) saves the sole survivor of a horrific nightclub fire. The patient's struggle with survivor's guilt strikes a chord with therapy-averse Veronica, who realizes that her patient isn't the only one who could benefit by talking to someone about her experiences. Tired of being viewed by others as a kid, Chloe (Michelle Trachtenberg) seeks the respect of her coworkers - and the affections of a workplace crush - by getting a grown-up wardrobe and a take-charge attitude to match. Meanwhile, Sonia (Jaime Lee Kirchner) butts heads with an energetic new female doctor (K.K.
