When young Joan Andrews (Adele Mara) arrives from back East to claim the inheritance left by her father, desperate crook Ran Farrell (Grant Withers) rustles some cattle to replenish the girl's trust fund, from which he'd been embezzling. But the stolen livestock belongs to Roy Rogers, who hits the trail to bring Farrell and his henchmen to justice. William Witney directs this Western that features the song Big Rock Candy Mountain.
