Recently indicted Senator Gene Haskell (Jeff Fahey) has his lackey (Corey Feldman) hire a professional hit man (Steve Barnes) to clean up a few messes, including removing a crime syndicate and kidnapping an underage girl who's obsessed with being the senator's wife (Marisa Petroro). Seveal bodies later, the senator cmes face to face with his past while trying to leave no witnesses alive.
