Number One With a Bullet

Frustrated by the lack of success their recent undercover operations have produced, detectives Hazeltine (Billy Dee Williams) and Berzak (Robert Carradine) make the unpopular decision to investigate a respected businessman with a spotless reputation (Barry Sattels). But as their case progresses, Hazeltine and Berzak begin to suspect that the culprits behind the case are members of their own department.
