ONE LAST THING... is the story of Dylan Jameison, a 16 year-old kid from an industrial town in Pennsylvania, who has terminal cancer, and who's living life as fast as he can. When a charitable organization, United Wish Givers, grants Dylan a last wish, he initially chooses to go fishing with his football hero, Jason O'Malley. But Dylan soon reveals that his true final wish is to spend a weekend with supermodel Nikki Sinclair. With the help of his two best friends and star football player Jason O'Malley, Dylan spends his last days in Manhattan, trying to fulfill his wish.
