Henry's (Paul Rudd) fiance Kate (Eva Longoria) died and now he is dating Chloe (Lindsay Sloane). He ends up seeing a shrink, Ashley (Lake Bell), who he is now falling in love with. But, Kate's ghost will do anything to put an end to it.
