After several dangerous convicts receive unmerited paroles, federal agent Richard Hendricks (Michael O'Shea) goes undercover to flush out the culprits. Suspecting corruption on the parole board, Hendricks poses as an inmate and cozies up to a powerful prisoner (Turhan Bey). But he soon discovers the fraud goes deeper than he thought. Directed by Alfred Zeisler, this classic crime drama co-stars Evelyn Ankers, Virginia Lee and Lyle Talbot.
