Peck's Bad Boy

In this family classic, child star Jackie Cooper plays Bill Peck, a mischievous but goodhearted kid whose world is shattered when his bad-boy cousin Horace (Jackie Searl) reveals that his uncle adopted Bill from an orphanage.
