Public Enemy

Chul-jung has spent so much of his career on the police force as a dirty cop that he can't quite fake it as a good one. But when his superiors launch an internal investigation to look into allegations of Chul-jung's illegal activities, he'll have to play it safe for a while. Luckily, a chance run-in with a corrupt businessman will keep him occupied and on-task -- and it could be a cure for his wayward morals.
