Jerry defends a young man who stabbed a fellow inmate. But the client should never have been in jail in the first place. Richard works with a new PD, Ashley, defending a homeless man arrested for panhandling. But the overly enthusiastic, immensely smart Ashley finds constitutional grounds for dismissing the case, then hopes to follow that up with a class action lawsuit against the city.
