When renegade cop and bounty hunter Reno Raines eagerly searches for a criminal named Earl Lyons (SAM JONES), Reno's employers, Bobby Six Killer and Cheyenne Phillips, suspect that Reno has a secret personal vendetta against the psychotic survivalist. Reno's pursuit takes him to a biker's saloon where he poses as adesperate drug addict. He meets a sinister drug dealer, T-Bone (DON SWAYZE), and his henchman, Thumper (DAVE EFRON) . As T-Bone hintsabout his potent supply of morphine, they are interrupted by Cavanaugh (FRED COFFIN), a burly state trooper, who reveals that T-Bone's deliverymen, Hoss Percy (MARK VENTURINI), and his brother, Little Mike (COLE McKAY), were found murdered in a nearby forest. When Cavanaugh describes the jungle-like booby traps and military weapons found near the bodies, Reno believes he may have located Lyons.
