Reno and Cheyenne become physical fitness buffs when they go after Eddie Bruno (GARY WOOD), a former weight lifter who is now a drug dealer. Bruno's expansion into black market steroids leads the duo to a bodybuilding competition at a local gym where the former muscleman is said to market his wares. After Reno discovers that Bruno's associates are attempting to get a promising female bodybuilder, Nikki Taylor (CAMEO KNEUER), to become a drug addict by lacing her protein drinks without her knowledge, he and Bobby hurry to apprehend the dealer. When Bobby poses as a competing dealer to entrap Bruno, he is taken captive. Reno and Cheyenne must use their minds as well as their muscles to save Bobby and capture Eddie.
