More than a year after giving her first public speech at a a hospice for sick children, Kate Middleton has devoted her first-ever video message to the same cause. The Duchess of Cambridge has recorded a video message highlighting the work of children's hospices to mark Children's Hospice Week, which runs from April 26 to May 3. The wife of Queen Elizabeth II's eldest grandson, Prince William, delivered the message from Clarence House wearing a black dress with white collar.
