(12/2/2013) In 2011 Betty Dukes and a million of her female colleagues from Wal-Mart sued the corporation for discrimination. The lawsuit went all the way to the US Supreme Court which in the end ruled that more than a million women were too broad of a category to qualify as a class. The ruling was a big win, not just for Wal-Mart, but for corporations big and small. The losers are those who don't have the means to take on big corporations alone.
