Rope is the light-hearted and whimsical story of a middle-aged woman suffering from 'Empty Nest' syndrome, which one-day discovers unexpected companionship from a large, blonde rope she finds in her neighbor's yard. We follow the two as they spend a series of meaningful moments together, but things take a drastic turn when a young girl falls down a nearby ravine and Rope is forced to spring into action and help rescue her.
