Katie, the receptionist has got a bit of a crush on Dizzle. But she's a bit of a tough cookie and she's not sure how to express her feelings for him. So Katie decides that the best way to win his heart is to pin him down, literally. It starts with a flirty dare and talk of who would whip who in the mud pit at Gilley's. But then things really get serious when a pro-wrestler rolls into the shop for a tattoo and Katie and Dizzle end up getting down and dirty.

Some people are so grateful for the opportunity to start over or get a second chance that they want to memoralize their gratitude with a tattoo. A young guy who is starting over after a life-altering run in with the law.

Paying respects can be more than remembering the deceased. Clients include a father who turns to Twig to help him further prove his love for his young child, a lady who gets a tattoo to honor the pet that saveed her mother from a serial killer, and a dad who pays homage to the courage of his disabled son.

The days of jeans and T's at H&H are over. In keeping with his grand plan for expanding the H&H Empire, Carey decides it's time to create a uniform look for all of his helpers and receptionists. But when the staff is delivered their new duds, the shop unravels into a state of shock and awe until Carey drops another surprise. Meanwhile, Marc Murphy kicks and screams all the way into the tattoo chair for his first dose of ink.

The heat is on at H & H in the race to see who will win the new girl's heart. On one side, there's Jesse, the self-proclaimed "male s**t" of the shop. And on the other, there's Joey "Nice Guy" Hamilton. But the competition boils over when Jesse unleashes a secret weapon from his book of love. Meanwhile, the receptionists are sick and tired of all of the managers talk about the "warehouse," so they set out on a stakeout to catch them red-handed at their sneaky deeds.

Down on his luck with the ladies, Dizzle is stuck without the prospect of a date for the big H & H company party. Just when it looks like all hope is lost, Lily, the receptionist, comes to his rescue with a secret strategy. But there's a hitch, and Dizzle ends up having a religious experience that he never expected. Meanwhile, homesick Joey Hamilton gets a visit from his son.

Carey announces at a morning meeting that business is booming and H & H is bursting at the seams. So, two new employees are coming aboard to help offset the workload. Enter Jenn Dabbs, the sexy new receptionist, who immediately gets Dizzle's blood pumping. Joey Hamilton cruises into the shop thinking he will immediately score a job at the trendy H & H, but there are a few hurdles he will need to clear before Carey inks the deal with Joey.

He calls himself J. Dizzle, says it's his "rap" name. Only thing, he's never even recorded a rhyme. So until he does, the guys at H&H are going to call him by his given name--Josh. Enter Carey...who agrees to give Josh a shot at getting his name back and sets him up with Big B, Carey's assistant who just happens to be an internationally known hip-hop star. Big B also happens to be a very big man, who has little patience for people with a sloppy work ethic and no talent. Can "J. Dizzle" beat the rap or will Big B have to beat it out of him? Meanwhile, Joey starts apprenticing Jenn but the brakes get put on when Carey finds out the new guy is schooling the new girl without his permission.

Big B is more than just Carey's errand boy he's an internationally known renegade rapper, with his own show coming up at House of Blues Las Vegas. When Carey keeps him on the job a little too long on the day of his show, Big B gets revenge. Meanwhile, Rose tries to sneak a poster of herself into the shop's merchandise display. But when the picture doesn't sell, Dizzle gets in on the act and challenges Rose to see whose photo will sell first. Will it be the sexy side of Rose or the sexier side of Dizzle?

Sometimes people get inked to symbolize a moment or idea. Denver Nuggets star Carmelo Anthony hits H&H and gets put through his paces when Jerome inks a one-of-a-kind on his back, a couple gets tattoos to promote a mystical sound that even Twig & Dizzle can't resist making and an ex-serviceman gets a cover-up of a tat that represents an experience that left his wife in shock.
