From big listings to even bigger personalities, this special takes a look back at season three with lost footage and never-before-seen cast interviews.
The first ever Million Dollar Listing reunion continues as Andy Cohen hosts Fredrik Eklund, Luis D. Ortiz and Ryan Serhant to discuss more of the highs and lows from this season.
For the first time ever in Million Dollar Listing history, the wolves of New York real estate, Fredrik Eklund, Luis D. Ortiz and Ryan Serhant, sit down with host, Andy Cohen, to discuss some of the craziest antics and most-talked moments from this season.
Fredrik travels outside Manhattan again for business, this time to the Hamptons and finds out that he has a thing or two to teach his local co-lister about selling out a development for top dollar. Meanwhile, Ryan takes on a listing with a dance instructor who agrees to help him impress his girlfriend, but Ryan may be in way over his head. Downtown, Luis holds a red-carpet open house at his penthouse on Wall Street, but the party comes to a screeching halt when Fredrik arrives and catches Ryan and Luis having a bro-mance.
Fresh off his Brooklyn street fight with Fredrik, Luis finds himself amidst more drama when Ryan calls him for a mutually beneficial offering. However, Luis is well aware that in the world of real estate, once a shark, always a shark. Meanwhile, Fredrik has put Luis’ attitude aside so he can concentrate on selling his Brooklyn townhouse, but when the Brooklyn buyers stop biting, he has to convince his fellow Manhattanites that Brooklyn is the place to be!
Now that construction at the Sky Garage is progressing, it's time for Ryan to shoot his Michael Bay-style trailer for the most important listing of his career...the only question is: will it be a blockbuster or a box office flop? Meanwhile, outside of Manhattan, Fredrik represents a new developer in Brooklyn, who has multiple projects in the works. But when Luis agrees to meet the developer with Fredrik for a possible team-up in the future, the two agents prove, once and for all, that they don't play well together.
Ryan steps into a time machine and travels back to 1985, and the only thing on this time traveler’s mind is will he make a huge commission before he heads back to the future? Meanwhile Luis connects with his roots by traveling to Puerto Rico alongside his New York clients... things definitely heat up when he tries to mix a little business with pleasure. And back in Manhattan, Fredrik's client pressures him for a fifty percent rate of return on a penthouse that he bought only 10 months ago!
Luis' dream listing turns into a nightmare when a last minute bombshell is dropped on him. Meanwhile, after teaming up with his new favorite client, Fredrik learns the hard way that it never pays to betray your instincts. Ryan heads to Los Angeles to get his feet wet in the west coast market, but all that California sunshine seems to be working against Ryan's sunny disposition...and his deal!
After clearing the space of any supernatural suspicions, Ryan relishes in his newfound peace of mind before he suits up for a battle of the bankroll. While the nitpicky demands of two VIPs have Fredrik in the middle of a price tag tug-o-war, Luis is introduced to a client who holds the key to his dream listing, and, a big dirty secret.
Luis' creative ways may help him land a new listing but being an overachiever might be the very thing that sends his seller off course. And while Fredrik is learning to juggle the delicate egos of million-dollar developers, Ryan finds himself in an eerie townhouse with a few "uninvited guests!"
After performing a miracle on his cursed penthouse, Fredrik is out to land the biggest listing of his career...but can the "Listing Machine" do it again? Meanwhile, across town, Ryan is on a wild ride with his biggest nightmare: an emotional seller! And Luis is finally swimming in the deep end of the real estate world, but will a shark named Ryan put him back in shallow waters?
While Fredrik continues to face more roadblocks with his cursed listing, Luis is sitting on a business opportunity that could catapult him into the big leagues...but first, he's got to make good on his million dollar promise. Meanwhile, Ryan is forced to show his softer side when dealing with an emotional seller who doesn’t know how to leave the past behind.
With Ryan's sky garage listing still under construction, he switches gears and represents a new apartment that looks better with the lights off than with the lights on. Luis continues to try and whip Todd into shape so that he can hopefully whip up his first commission of the year. And Fredrik tries to focus on his new listing, which has monthly fees that rival most people’s mortgage payment, but things start to get complicated when he has a random encounter with Ryan!
The New York boys are back for their biggest, brashest, most insane season yet. Fredrik lands his dream listing, only to find out that the seller may be his worst nightmare. Ryan takes on a $23 million dollar one-of-a-kind apartment that has two never-before-seen features: a car elevator and a huge glass vault that doubles as a staircase! Across town, Luis tries to take a step up in the NYC real estate world, but gets paired with someone that may, in fact, hold him back.
Now that he's a married man, Fredrik returns to Manhattan and lands a listing with one of the biggest names in real estate history: Trump! Luis, meanwhile, has staged his listing on Charles St. and has a new plan to find a perfect "match" for the apartment. And Ryan has a new client on the Upper West side, but it's hard for him to concentrate on business after Fredrik lied to him during their deal at Bowery. There's only one way for this season to end: an all-out revenge plot unlike anything the real estate world has ever seen.
Luis lands one of his biggest listings of the season when he's asked to team up on a Richard Meier designed unit. Things get especially saucy when he tries to stage it, thanks to an interior designer that may be even more energetic than Luis...and more sexual. Ryan continues to struggle with his co-lister, Jill, and finds out that there are some mistakes that even he might not be able to fix. And, elsewhere, in the Florida Keys, Fredrik and Derek have rented an entire island for their wedding. The only question is, can Fredrik leave his work behind in New York City, or will Derek grow jealous of Fredrik's love affair with 250 Bowery?
