Scooby Doo and Shaggy find themselves in spooky trouble when they arrive on Moonscar Island, deep in the bayous of Louisiana, where Velma, Daphne, and Fred are investigating a haunted house. It isn't long before they discover the place is filled with ghosts and crawling with zombies. Under the full harvest moon, the house's two inhabitants, Simone and her beautiful chef, become cat creatures on a bloodthirsty quest. But the cowardly antics of Scooby and Shaggy manage to keep the creatures busy until Velma can find a way to turn all the monsters to dust.
