When J.D. (Zach Braff) starts getting flak from his friends about dating a woman (guest star Amy Smart, Road Trip) who is visiting her comatose husband, he quickly becomes defensive. Elsewhere, Carla (Judy Reyes) and Turk (Donald Faison) fight over every little thing since they became engaged, Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) is jealous of all the attention Jordan (guest star Christa Miller Lawrence) gives the newborn baby and Elliot (Sarah Chalke) overreacts because she thinks Paul (guest star Rick Schroder) doesn't trust her. Neil Flynn and Ken Jenkins also star.
