In China, in 1660, under the reigne of the Ching dynasty. The practice of the martial arts is prohibited. Fire-Wind, the chief of the former dynasty grows rich by helping the government to apply the law. It then decides to attack a village: Martial Village but Fu Quingzhu opposes Fire-Wind and tries to save the inhabitants of the village. With the assistance of Shadow-Glow Master and quatres other warriors, they will face the enemy.
