The Shear Genius stylists are split into teams to set up shop at a local mall. Teamwork is tested, when they're charged with soliciting shoppers to get a hair cut on the spot. Guest judging this week are the legendary Jose Eber, founder of Jose Eber Salons, and renowned celebrity bridal expert Mindy Weiss.
