In the second part of a two-part crossover episode with "George Lopez," Freddie and Chris have returned from Los Angeles, where Freddie thought he would catch an Internet predator who was communicating with Zoey. When Freddie met George ("George Lopez" series star GEORGE LOPEZ) and found out that Zoey really was innocently chatting with George's son, Max ("George Lopez" series star LUIS ARMAND GARCIA), the two men made friends, and now Freddie has invited George, Max and George's friend Ernie ("George Lopez" series star VALENTE RODRIGUEZ) to Chicago. Unfortunately, after everyone gets together at Freddie's apartment, Max fails to impress Zoey, and George and Freddie get into trouble with the law when they go to a bad neighborhood and try to prove how tough they are.

After Freddie and Chris are both nominated as finalists for the title of "Chicago's Most Eligible Bachelor," they invite the other nominees to the restaurant for an informal get-together in order to scope out their competition. But when they realize that only one man will be featured on the cover of a magazine, Freddie and Chris become highly competitive and try to outdo each other to win.

Freddie is excited to learn that a top food critic will be reviewing the restaurant, but he becomes stressed when he learns that the critic is a guy he beat up in high school for taking his sister's virginity. Sofia is even more worried because she doesn't want Freddie to find out the truth about what really happened. Meanwhile, Allison gives 13-year-old Zoey a makeover.

After finding out that Chris used his share of Freddie's restaurant as collateral for his own failed restaurant venture, Freddie insists that Chris ask his wealthy grandfather, Carl (BURT REYNOLDS - "Boogie Nights," "Evening Shade"), for money to pay off the debt. Displeased with Chris' slacker lifestyle and impressed with Freddie's work ethic, Carl makes Chris work as his chauffeur to teach him a lesson about money and responsibility. Ultimately, Carl pays off the loan but takes Chris' trust fund and condominium in return--leaving Chris to live in Freddie's already crowded apartment.

Sensing that something is bothering Grandma, Freddie and the gang assume she feels sad because all of her friends have found mates. While Freddie and Chris try to find Grandma a "man's man," Sofia and Allison search for their version of the perfect man for Grandma. But they're all in for a surprise: Grandma may not need their help at all.

As Chris prepares to open his new restaurant, he insists on making all the decisions himself and refuses to let the perturbed Freddie see it in advance. But Freddie, Sofia and Allison sneak in and discover a rather chic and technologically advanced restaurant, easing Freddie's concerns. Unfortunately, Chris' chef quits at the last minute, and Freddie must cook for opening night, putting his own restaurant in jeopardy.

Feeling like he made a mistake when he stopped dating Denise (recurring guest star DENISE QUINONES), Freddie agrees to drive Grandma to church, hoping to run into Denise for a second chance. When Denise tells him that she's seeing someone else, Freddie realizes he's going to have to work to win her back. Meanwhile, Rose (recurring guest star TAMARA BRAUN) is back in town, and after Chris reveals Freddie's true feelings for Rose, she feels the same. Now Freddie is torn between two wonderful women.

Returning home from a night out, Freddie and Chris walk in on Zoey's slumber party. While Chris helps one of the 13-year-old friends with her boyfriend crisis, Freddie meets Kaitlyn (KRISTA ALLEN - "Unscripted," "Smallville"), another girl's mother, and they hit it off right away. But when Freddie tries to date Kaitlyn, he learns he has to win over her daughter first, which makes Zoey jealous.
