As the mother of the 6 Little McGhees, Mia makes an effort to spend time with each of her toddlers individually. Playful Josiah is first up as they enjoy some mommy-son time a local ice cream parlor.
Bath time is quite the ordeal when you have six toddlers! Mia employs her husband, Ro, and two nieces to help her bathe the babies in an assembly line fashion, passing each child from a wash in the tub with Mia, a towel dry from Ro and lotion and diapers from the girls. This family has bath time down pat!
With the 6 Little McGhees in tow, Mia and Ro head to cousin Carlos and his wife Shakira's baby shower. While Mia helps open gifts and the kids enjoy the colorful cake, Ro celebrates the new baby by "letting" Carlos beat him in a game of pool.
Ro takes Ro Jr. out for a day at the park where they spend some quality one-on-one time together playing catch. Despite having to employ group feeding and bathing routines for the 6 Little McGhees, Ro and Mia make it a point to get to know and support each of their children's six very different and individual personalities.
Mia and Ro wake up to a stinky surprise and Ro is forced to play the poop detective to find which of the boys left the mess. Mia and Ro decide the time has come to potty train the sextuplets but can't decide whether to train one toddler at a time or all six at once.
It's the day of the girls' beauty pageant and Mia could not be more stressed out! Ro and the boys decide to come watch and support Oliva and Madison on their big day, but after the girls get tired, hungry and grumpy, will these proud parents continue down the pageant road, or will they call it quits?
Mia and Ro look at houses to get an idea of what they can and cannot afford. They check out a couple houses that are not the right fit, but then Mia discovers the perfect house for the family. Unfortunately, it's about $65,000 over their budget!
Along with the stress of being a father to six toddlers, Ro also struggles to manage one of the employees at his carpet cleaning company. Upon arriving at a customer's home and finding several mistakes, an angry Ro contemplates firing his worker.
Mia and Ro take the kids to their first swimming lesson. Watch as the instructor has them pretend to scoop ice-cream as incentive to paddle those little arms and legs.
When Mia and the girls go shopping, Rozonno and the four boys party down.
Ro makes a big pot of mac n' cheese for the 6 Little McGhees (and himself). The cheese from the packet was not enough, in Ro's opinion, so he adds a special ingredient: slices of American cheese.
After firing an employee, Mia worries that Ro will not be able to complete the several jobs he has for the day and comes along on the carpet cleaning jobs. A little out of practice, Mia does her best to help Ro, but will she just get in the way?

The McGhees bring their six toddlers to a local farm to expose them to animals they've never seen before. The kids are fascinated by the chickens but will Mia's germaphobic tendencies spoil all the fun?
