Unable to secure funds for their new movie, two producers/brothers borrow money from a menacing drug lord. After they loose the money, the mistakes start to mount, nerves fray...and one of the brothers snaps. Desperation causes him to launch an absurd plan that leads to a bizarre chain of events, entangled with an eclectic collection of psychotic characters.
