When investment adviser Daniel Borson is found crushed to death in his home gym, Chris turns to personal trainer Michael Montego for questioning. After Montego admits that Borson was having an affair with his secretary, Beth Snow, Chris and Rita discover that both she and Borson's wife, Jillian, are accusing each other of the murder. Meanwhile, as Cotton Dunn solicits investments from the health club's wealthy patrons to promote his new drink, Chris becomes obsessed with buying the con man's classic car.
