The violent stabbing death of fashion model Traci Winter has produced several suspects. There's her ex¬husband and photographer Paul Clifton, as well as Peter Wicker, an obsessed stalker with a history of following her. And along with her new agent Eddie Quirk, Rita and Chris suspect her former manager, Susan Strong. Though Susan and model Lauren Richards are certain of Paul's guilt, Eddie claims he was 'with him when Traci died. Meanwhile, as she is questioning Paul, Rita is taken aback by his romantic advances before barely missing being hit by a speeding car. Although claiming his interest in her won't influence the investigation, Rita's credibility is undercut when Paul sends a flattering clandestine picture he took of her.
