Spring Forward

Spring Forward chronicles the burgeoning friendship between a young ex-con, Paul (Liev Schreiber) and his new work partner, Murph (Ned Beatty), a veteran municipal employee facing retirement. This indie drama begins the day Paul is paroled from jail, for holding up a Dunkin' Donuts in a moment of financial desperation. He gets a fresh start with a Parks and Recreation job in a small New England town. Unfolding through seven real-time episodes set against the backdrop of the changing seasons and shot in sequence over the course of a year, Spring Forward explores the profound way each man changes the others perspective on life.
