Taxman

In life, only two things are certain: death and taxes. Al (Joe Pantoliano), a New York tax investigator, and Romero (Wade Dominguez), an NYPD patrolman desperate for recognition, go deep into the underworld of the Russian mafia to track down millions of dollars in tax fraud. They soon find themselves swept into a vortex of mystery, intrigue and murder, while Al becomes obsessed with his informer's beautiful daughter, Nadia (Elizabeth Berkley).
