Agent Ellison's discovery of a cyborg arm puts him in danger. Sarah breaks into Ellison's apartment looking for the missing endo arm, and discovers dossiers, files and videos from her stay in the mental hospital. The files lead her to psychiatrist Dr. Silverman (guest star BRUCE DAVISON - Close to Home, The L Word, Kingdom Hospital, X-Men), a doomsday convert who made Sarah's hospital stay unbearable. Meanwhile, following a lead regarding the whereabouts of the missing Turk, Cameron enrolls in a ballet class in an effort to learn more. And John learns what it took for his mom to escape the hospital.
