Things are going great at work for Eric. Red treats him with respect, commends his performance and even laughs at his joke about Earl, a deadbeat employee. Kelso confesses how lonely he is without Jackie, but his friends offer no sympathy. When Donna tells Kelso that he can forget about ever getting Jackie back, he finally gets the message and starts things up with Laurie again. Jackie and Laurie have a nasty showdown. Laurie tells Jackie, that as Kelso?s new girlfriend, she isn?t comfortable with Kelso?s ex hanging around.
