An ex-military suit comes up with an idea to create an invisible army. To do so, he forces scientist Peter Ulof to develop the technique to turn men invisible. The only catch is that they need nuclear materials. To solve the problem, The Major busts Joey Faust, a safe cracker, out of prison and forces him to volunteer for the invisible procedure. Things, however, do not always go to plan.
