When Barker (Patrick Swayze) goes undercover to infiltrate a drug operation, ,he crosses paths with an undercover DEA agent Capone (Guest Star Lou Diamond Phillips). Ellis (Travis Fimmel) also goes undercover to find the murderer of a Chicago policeman. Although Barker and Ellis are working on two different cases, they may be somehow related in an unexpected twist.
