The spotlight is on Barker (Patrick Swayze) after he is accused of killing a suspect in an undercover operation. After months of undercover work, Ray (Larry Gillard Jr.) has been taken off the case against Barker and head FBI agent Alan Robiceaux (Guest Star Francis Guinan) has taken over.
