The Being

An evil being -- a genetic freak driven to psychotic fits by radiation waste -- lurks in the local disposal dump, attacking anything or anyone that has the misfortune to cross its path. It favors mutilation, decapitation … and leaving no survivors. It's up to the police chief and a government scientist to halt the mutant's mayhem.
