Ricky, Wally and their fraternity brothers devise an ingenious scheme--involving a moose-head trophy--to get their fraternity house painted by the members of another fraternity. However, when Ozzie and Harriet become involved in the hijinks, some hilarious occurrences almost bring disaster to the fraternity's well-laid plans.
