In the one-hour season finale, Rachel waits in the hospital maternity ward with the anxious Ross. However, numerous other pregnant women are wheeled in while Rachel's painful labor continues. Inspired to conceive a baby of their own, Chandler and Monica search for a private room in which to get romantic. Meanwhile, Phoebe is attracted to a handsome patient, Cliff (recurring guest star EDDIE McCLINTOCK).
