The Bullfighter and the Lady

While vacationing in Mexico, brash American filmmaker Johnny Regan (Robert Stack) falls for a sultry señorita (Joy Page) and tries to impress her by taking up the dangerous sport of bullfighting -- with help from the country's leading matador, Manolo Estrada (Gilbert Roland). With stunning photography inside the ring, director Budd Boetticher captures the torero's perspective in remarkable detail in this first-rate drama.
