The Chase -- A stop-motion film about the adventures two innocent teens encounter as they chase down a bully who terrorizes them as they frolic in the park. The film, which focuses mainly on the animation method rather than the plot, is a compilation of 3,224 individually shot still pictures and contains no actual video. The photos flash by in rapid succession, as in a digital flip book, creating the illusion of motion where there is none. Physics and common sense are disregarded as the actors fly through the air, perform telekinesis, permeate through fences, and slide down sidewalks as though on ice, among many other humorous breaks from reality. 'The Chase' contains no dialogue, but original music composed by two of the actors keeps the ears entertained as the hilarious animation dazzles the eyes.
