The Magnet

After trading an invisible watch for another boy's magnet, Johnny (James Fox) runs away from home convinced he's wanted by the police. With his imagination running wild, Johnny goes through a series of misadventures as he tries to get rid of the magnet. Propelled by half-truths and serious misunderstandings, this English comedy also stars Stephen Murray, Kay Walsh, Meredith Edwards and Gladys Henson.
