For billionaire playboy Teddy Rist (James Purefoy), the world is his playground but during a trip to Nigeria he witnesses the devastation caused by a massive hurricane. Rescuing a small boy from drowning in the storm stirs something in Teddy for the first time since the death of his small son. Something other than self-indulgence takes hold: a sense of moral and financial injustice.
