Tower climbers Jay and Derek gain superhuman abilities while working with experimental technology. When Jay discovers a past connection with the research company responsible, they learn they're not the only ones with superpowers. Derek attempts rescuing Jay from further experimentation but finds that his cousin may not want his help.
