The scout was praying for a miracle. What he got was Steve Nebraska. Al Percolo is the scout who'd do anything to sign a prospect. Unfortunately, things weren't going his way, and Al found his career heading south -- all the way to Mexico -- until he discovered Steve Nebraska, the greatest ballplayer who ever lived.
