The third in a string of films about an altruistic young physician finds Dr. James Kildare (Lew Ayres) caring for his testy but lovable mentor (Lionel Barrymore) when the going gets rough. Saddled with the dual responsibility of finding a cure for pneumonia and helping a wealthy patient (Helen Gilbert) overcome hysterical blindness, Kildare has his work cut out. Laraine Day co-stars in this affecting drama helmed by Harold S. Bucquet.
